Since 1978, the staff at Middletown Valley Family Medicine has been dedicated to providing quality care to patients of all ages and encouraging healthier communities. We are a Board-certified health care facility offering continuous, comprehensive care for the entire family. We offer primary, non-immediate care with a focus on providing the highest-quality, most compassionate care available.

Dr. J. Elmer Harp was one of Middletown’s most influential and memorable doctors. He practiced out of his home from 1923 to 1953, then renting space until 1976. In 1977, ground was broken on the Dr. J. Elmer Harp Medical Center, honoring the beloved physician even after his death. Middletown Valley Family Medicine is located in the Dr. J. Elmer Harp Medical Center.
